The Thermoconcept made to order service provides pre-fabricated plant room solutions in the form of multiple boiler and/or hot water assemblies, which are delivered fully assembled, pre-piped, prewired and pre-configured to match the needs of your specific projects.

Quality control is a key aspect of all areas our business approach. From product design through to administration, quality control is paramount to us and to our clients. Thermoconcept Systems assures full quality control through certification to ISO 9001:2015. Thermoconcept Systems SRL has been independently assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 for designing and manufacturing of diverse, complex heating systems and components/assemblies of such systems.

Thermoconcept Systems is proud to work in partnership with Baxi Heating for its commercial heating pre-fabrication needs. Thermoconcept Systems works closely with the Baxi Commercial Heating sales and technical teams in the UK to provide site and product support in this key area.

Solutions are available from the smallest single boiler heating and DHW arrangement through to containerised plant rooms. Heat sources can be from high efficiency gas boiler, gas heat pumps, biomass boiler systems, electric heat pump (ground or air), solar thermal or any combination of these technologies.

Pre-fabrication delivers to you a rapid site turnaround with equipment to your specification delivered factory tested and assembled.

Our project engineers have designed and manufactured over 1000 different custom bespoke rigs.
